The Magoga apartment is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse and comprises of an open plan sitting room with kitchen corner and bedroom with two single beds as well as a shower room.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, oven, toaster, fridge, dish washer, electric kettle and water filter. It also offers a wide range of crockery, china as well as pots and pans. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi and air-condition. Cots for babies and high chairs are available on request. In the sitting room there is a sofa bed.

| Minimum Rental Period | During the high season the apartments are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday until Saturday. he length of stay can be altered on request. |
| Prices include | Air-condition in every room, the use of Wi-fi within the whole house, electricity, water, gas, weekly change of sheets and towels, use of communal washing machine, free use of bicycles, parking as well as baby cots and high chairs if requested. |
| Extra costs | End of stay cleaning costs: included for Room Jolly, 50 Euros for Magoga, 75 Euros for all other apartments. Extra bed or sofa bed where possible at 15 Euros per day, daily cleaning possible on request. |
| Payment | A 50% deposit is paid by transfer at the time of booking, the remaining 50% are paid on arrival. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The town of Caorle requests a mandatory daily tax from every person over the age of 13 of 0.50 Euros per day (max 7 days). Please note that this tax may be subject to legal changes. |
| Cancellation Policy | A 10% fee of the total amount will be taken if cancellation is requested 4months prior to the booked dates (120 days) and 50% of the total amount will be taken if cancellation is requested up until one month (30 days) prior to the booked dates. |
| Bicycles | Guests are liable for any possible damage or theft of the bicycles at 90.00 Euros per bike. |
| Arrival & Departure | Arrival is between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. We politely ask to call us in case of unforeseen delays. Guests are requested to leave the apartment by 9.30am after the apartment has been checked and any extra costs that may have occurred are calculated. We ask our guests to leave the apartment in a tidy condition, with rubbish disposed and cooking facilities cleaned. |
| Pets | Small to medium sized pets are allowed (up to 20Kg). For larger pets please enquire prior to the booking. The attendance of pets has to be noted by the time of booking. Dogs and other pets are welcome at the Casa Sesta Presa farmhouse. Out of respect to the other guests pet owners are required to apply the following regulations: Pets are allowed to sleep in the apartment Pets are to be kept on a lead when outside Please make sure you walk your animals outside of the fenced farm area and collect all excrements In case of fouling within the garden area please use the appropriate shovel and dispose of everything into the social container behind the house Dogs are not allowed to remain in the apartments on their own |
